§195.434 Signs.

Each operator [a person who owns or operates pipeline facilities.] must maintain signs visible to the public around each pumping station and breakout tank [a tank used to (a) relieve surges in a hazardous liquid pipeline system or (b) receive and store hazardous liquid transported by a pipeline for reinjection and continued transportation by pipeline.] area. Each sign must contain the name of the operator and a telephone number (including area code) where the operator can be reached at all times.
